"After awhile, they might accept your apology," Vashti replied. "Not right now, of course, but in awhile. A few months at least." A few months almost seemed too long, but it was better to be safe than sorry, right? Well - Louisa was supposed to be sorry...but she didn't have to risk her safety to express it. It was best to let them know once they'd had plenty of time to get over it.

Did she have someone in mind? Very briefly, someone did pop into her mind, but she turned that thought away quickly. What was she thinking? She did not want to use a love potion on anyone. It just wasn't right. But that response wasn't going to encourage Louisa to let her see it, now was it? "Maybe," she replied, raising an eyebrow slightly.
