Everyone has different motives for doing certain things it is the way it is performed that can make the war more gruesome.One group of people from the war may think that torturing people for information is fine an dandy while others use actual weapontry to get the job done.But I am guessing I am wrong there too,everyone uses torture an weapons as a way to increase chances of winning in a war."
