Faven could practically jump with glee. A kind and understanding teacher!!! After so many harsh and strict Professors, Faven was so glad to finally have one that she could see liking. Throw that in with the fact that this was a Muggle Studies class, something she had much experience with, and she was giddy with excitement for the coming lessons. Faven had to fight hard to not laugh out loud at the looks on some of the students' faces as the Professor explained the use of paper, pens and pencils. These were ordinary items that Faven had been using since she was just a babe, yet she had to remind herself that some never had those experiences.
Some differences between the muggle world and the wizarding world??? Faven didn't even know where to start!
"Professor, I would have to say that the biggest difference between the two worlds, once the magic portion of the Wizarding World is taken out, is the knowledge of the existance of the other. I haven't met a single wizard or witch who didn't know what a muggle was, yet I haven't met a single muggle who could say they knew of wizards. I myself, as a muggleborn, would have known nothing of this world if it wasn't for the arrival of my Hogwart's letter. Without Hogwarts, I would be just like everyone I grew up with, perfectly unaware of the magical world of witches and wizards."
