That really would have ticked Armen off and he would have to think of other means to...test level 2, and another meeting with Lord Borr would have to be arranged, but thankfully all of that was avoided when the first traitor to the Minister arrived.
Straightening up and regaining his composure, Armen smiled smugly at Emily Browne, one of the junior aurors he had the most animosity towards. She definately fit into her Department well, a loose canon she was.
"Oh glad you could make it Emily, and first no less. I'm glad you see the importance in this lesson today." he nodded in an overly proud way and walked towards her....awkwardly perfect sized desk...and placed a big, shiny GOLD star on her name tag.
"Ok everyone, thanks for coming today, myself, my collegues, and the Ministry thanks you. We will continue to wait a few more minutes for...stragglers to arrive and then the lesson will start." he nodded and then looked towards the door, where Bole would eventually arrive.
"I believe in punctuality." Regardless of whether it was a waste of time. Pfft. But now that he mentioned it. The importance of the lesson?
"Well I just hope your team is more successful in training me this time round seeing as they apparently didn't do a good enough job the first time," she said in a light care free tone, smile on her face and eyes twinking innocently. No it was not her fault they suspended her license, but they had given it to her in the first place. Which meant they thought they'd made a mistake?
Stretching out her legs a little-- because she had THAT much space, she peered around the room. Ridiculous.
She was about to make a snide comment about not being a chiild when Squidy placed a gold star on her name tag. Was he serious? Was this for real? Mentally rolling her eyes, Emily managed a small smile.
"Charming."
She didn't care for gold stars or stickers or anything of the sort. Childish symbols of... triumph? For what? Spelling her name correctly? She certainly hoped not. Wasn't this supposed to be a lesson on something they already knew how to do? And knew how to do well?
Something inside her stirred though when Beckett got two stars. Why was he so special?
Wait for stragglers. Heh. She should have done that.
