Iridesca smiled at the woman and tried to keep back a small giggle...she had to admit that this had been her exact thought when the Minister had mentioned this task, but as a Department Head, she was just doing her job,
"Well, I have to admit that is a very valid point...it seems that the Minister would like us to come up with ideas to make the Ministry more...ummm...homey in a way...his suggestions revolved around plants and such..." she paused and then continued,

Good point, I'll make a note of that for us to investigate." she said trying not to shoot down the woman's idea, but trying to keep everyone on the topic at hand.
She flicked her wand and a little cabinet on the back wall opened to reveal a chalkboard. She continued flicking her wand to make a list of the things on the agenda for everyone to be able to follow along and pipe in when they could.
