"You should be better prepared next time" he winked.

"It's perfect for unexpected events" he smiled.
He stopped, then looked in deep thought.
His parents, what were they trying to protect him from?
"That's the thing" he paused looking sad
"I don't know" he looked down again
"But I do know that it's serious, and that there is probably some threat against me or my family" he thought about this and wanted to cry.
Why was there a threat against his family? They hadn't done anything against anyone!
He stayed in his defensive position and tried to keep cool.
