Looking up when she mentioned the carnival, his mind raced back to the rollercoaster and he smiled stupidly. "Right!" he said before turning to look at the girl.

"I want to be a ducky " he whined as he pouted his lips. "But if we have to become clowns..." DUH that was the lesson right? "Then i'll pick a happy one of course!" Daichi didn't like sadness , even though it was a emotion too. He prefered being happy so a happy clown it was. "What about you?"

Aw, bless. She hadn't meant him to feel bad. "Don't be. My sister's the same. Would forget her head if it wasn't screwed on." That had nothing to do with anything but she'd just meant it to reasure him she didn't mind. "It's Emily." she smiled getting out the paints.

"A duck?" she giggled looking from the yellow paint to Daichi. She wanted to be an animal as well! "Tell you what. I'll give you an orange mouth. That's sort of like a duck beak right?" Sort of, but not really. If only they could have just painted whatever they wanted, but it was a lesson after all.
"I'll be the sad clown then!" She laughed. Sad clowns were more interesting, they had more of a story to them. Plus she prefered the blue paint.
