When the girl had approached him, Matt was rather deep in thought; trying to consider who he would ask to dance, but when she started speaking, his attention went right to her. That was something he wanted to know since it would make things more interesting if Maybelle hadn't had any formal training, so as long as this didn't turn into a total disaster then everything would be fine but if it did.. well that just meant that he had to get in some more practice later on. At least his shoes were tied properly now, last thing he wanted was to trip and make a big scene out of himself.
Maybelle had smiled at Matt.
"Nice to meet you too." She said. She nodded.
"Been dancing since I lived in California. So, I've been dancing for years." She blushed slightly. She didn't want to sound nerdy. She took out her wand and with a quick wave, her normal robes turned into a beautiful
outfit.
"Gotta dress for the part." She said, laughing.
