Scanning the rows and rows of books, looking for something interesting, she was only in the 'D' section when a title came across her interest. Dreadful Denizens of the Deep. Pulling it down from it's shelf, she opened it up to a random page as she started to make her way to the lounge area, and ultimately...to her favorite seat. Yes, she had favorite seats everywhere. It was a good day today apparently since no one was sitting in this favorite seat of hers. Especially no Miss Stubborns either.
Crossing her legs, she adjusted her uniform, head girl badge shining in the light before she started to become immersed in the book.
Since he had never really been to the library, for educational purposes, during the past six years he had spent in Hogwarts, Josh was a little bit confused about how to find what he was looking for among those hundreds of bookshelves and millions of books they had on them. Hopefully he was quick to see that the shelves was on an alphabetical order. Still...one needed to know what book they were looking for if they wanted to make use of that alphabetical basis. Maybe the book he needed was not starting with the 'U' of the Unicorn. It was not a must for books about Unicorns to have a title that started with the word 'Unicorn' itself anyway. But since that idea made his search way more complicated for himself, the Gryffindor decided to just drop it and pick a 'Unicorn' book from the 'U' section.
Maybe he'd ask Donovan's help for the perfect one later, but it was not now for he already had spend too much time among bookshelves for his own habit-of-body. So he was just going to pick the first book about the horned-horse...
...yet definitely NOT that one with PINK cover.
Narrowing his eyes at the pink cover, Josh immediately walked away from him happily coming across one with decent book cover colours. It was dark brown with a white unicorn's head pic on it and no titles as he could he. Huh. Weird. But it looked like a good book anyway. Putting it safely under his arm, the lion boy made his way to the Reading Loudge where he had never visited before. The seats looked comfortable though and...
Aha!! Evelyn was there....reading stuff. Nice. Maybe she could tell him if this book was good enough.
''Hey...'' he said cheerfully approaching the Slytherin girl and waving the book at her yet he stopped and his smile vanished when his dark brown eyes spotted the shining THING on her that said:
HG
NO. That was fake, right? But why would Evelyn wear a stupid fake badge? She would not do such a thing. Then it must be him imagining things. But he would never imagine THAT. Then...
Life must have been kidding him.
