She jumped a little at the sound of his sort of louder-than-usual answer. "Ooookay," she answered, nodding once, very slowly. "To the fountain we go, then." She turned on her heels and headed off in the direction of the fountain.
Eino followed Sierra to the fountain as the two conversed. He surely hoped he would have the chance to ask this department head person! He pulled out his notebook once again and made himself a little note to ask him in regards to centaurs and the other beings. The fountain was glorious! It was made of shiny gold and jets of water were shooting from the wizard's and witch's wands as though they were casting the Water-Producing Charm. It looked much bigger up close than it did in the photographs on the Daily Prophet. Plus, Eino could really see the details on the house-elf's face especially, because he was the shortest.
"How magnificent!" Eino exclaimed as he leaned over the edge for a closer look. The water was clear and there were no coins at the bottom of it like most of the fountains he had seen. He was acting like a little kid. He had the urge to sprinkle some water on Sierra like his father always did to his mom, but she probably wouldn't like that as his mom didn't.
"Do you know who built it?" He asked her, with his eyes still fixed on the figures.
