Okay, so this girl wasn't that ignorable, and no amount of curiosity would make her so. Wand still in her hand, she quickly glanced up at the floating objects and sure enough, they were still floating. The frown deepened. "Lying, will get you no were in this school." Girl who.. who... didn't she see her with Bunbury at the platform?
"You said finite, there's a difference." Arya stated simply. "And I'm almost positive the new professor, whoever she is, did all of this. Removing it won't get us on her good side. Plus, my counter-charm is strong, but I don't think it's strong enough to remove all of this." She waved her wand around at all the spells, giving it a little twirl. Then she pointed it at the girl questioningly. "I saw with Professor Bunbury."
Tori said nothing at first and only waited for the other annoying Puffs to leave her and the Prefect alone. Ugh. Load of duffers. At least she got the girl's name out of the exchange....
Arya, was it. Hmmmm.
"Well evidently it's worn out now. Maybe it only happens at certain times of the day," Tori pointed out, walking right up to the prefect unhindered. "And I'm not lying."
She waited until the girl turned around and then flicked her wand at a floating sneaker, causing it to zoom straight into the back of her head. Tori quickly stowed her wand away back in its holster and put on her best innocent face, though it was nearly impossible not to start laughing.
"See? You can't say I didn't warn ya." And speaking of warning... "Yes, it's probably Professor Schirmer's handiwork. She seems like the type." Tori edged past the Huffer and down the wall a little, away from the older girl's wand.
Her eyes lit up at mention of her cousin, however, and she halted where she was. "You know Annie? I mean, she must have been Professor Bunbury back when she taught here... she's Professor
Truebridge now." The ginger beamed and rocked on her heels a little. Annie was her IDOL.
