Maddy entered the owlery, which was a uiet enough place to write her letters to her family. She sat down at the table and began to write to her mother first.
"Dear Mom
I got into Slytherin, that house dad and I were telling you about. Ive made some aquaintences, friends soon to be. And my classes start tomorrow!

I hope you like my owl! Her name is jinx"
Maddy wrote a simmiliar letter to her dad, and then tied them both to jinx's foot. Then she sent jinx off, after giving her an owl treat. A good way to train your new owl to do what you want it to. |
