Justin slowly walked down the aisle and found his seat next to Josh. Bertie gave smile with a concerned look trying to cheer him up a bit , but she wasn't very convincing. Justin just gave a small smile back and began to pickat the turkey sandwich that was on his plate. With nothing being said and the silence Josh was practically bursting at the seams and could wait no longer for the quiet to break. After what seemed like an age of suffering the awkward silence amongst the growing murmurs that were circulating throuh the Great Hall Josh spoke up and asked the question that every one wanted to ask. " So, what really happened, Just ? Everyone is saying that you nearly killed Querrill. Is it true ? "

" I don't know what happened. I mean I know that I got angry , but that's it. The next thing I know Prof. Querrill was on the flat of his back. "

" Are they going to expell you ? " a concerned Bertie asked.

" No, not yet anyway, but I've got detention for the rest of the term with Prof. Snape. So, practicing for Quidditch trials are out of the question now." Justin said disappointedly.

" Detention! With Prof. Snape ?! But he's just as vile as Quirrell ! " exclaimed Bertie.

" He's not as bad as you think, Bertie. Not once you get to know him a bit. " Justin said defensively. " Quirrell on the other hand is hiding something. I know he is, I can feel it and before long I'll figure it out . "
