Tucking his hand into his pocket, he gave his friend a considering glance. "Interestingly enough, they aren't necessarily part of the carnival." Curious thing it was. Sabel inclined his head slightly towards one of the booth keepers. "That man is Coeus Miarkos. He works at TerrorTours Travel Agency. I don't know about the other man, but it really begs a few questions." What the raffle was for. And why it was part of the Carnival when one member at least was a Diagon resident. Perhaps it was a raffle for the shops, but as Simon had said; not a good vibe.
