(Sorry it's so late and short!)
Chapter Three:

My lower lip was being chewed upon, My hands were clenching and unclenching, and I was glaring at the idiot in front of me. "Nate, you git! Give me that letter now or I'll hex you so bad that you could be sent home in an envelope!"

I had received a letter that day, it had been from the Wizards in Black, as Scorp and I decided to call them. I believed it would tell me of my "Mission Invisible", as we named it. Nate, the git, snatched the letter from me before I had a chance to read it. Then he tried to be all flirty about me getting it back and I had it.

"Feisty...give me a kiss I'll give it to you," he waved it behind his back.

"You have issues Nate, major issues. Give me the letter in the next three seconds or you'll be experiencing first hand how an ant feels when we step on it."

"Oh...I'm scared. Just one little peck then, unless your begging for more, and we'll be on our way," he gave me this creepy, cocky, and arrogant smirk.

"One..." His grin remained on his face, he waved the letter slightly.

"Two..." His grin flickered slightly at the tone of my voice.

I was half way through "three" when the great hall emptied and we were washed away amongst the crowd. Instantly I went to find Nate, I needed that letter before he read it. If he figured out what I was going to do... Scorpius had already tried to talk me out of it several times, and I stayed firm...on the outside anyway. On the inside I was scream 'Don't let me do this!!'. Instead of Nate I found Scorpius.

"Scorpius!" I got his attention. He departed his friends and joined me.

"What's up?"

I was about to tell him about Nate with the letter but then he would just get mad and basically kill Nate. I could handle this myself.

"Oh..not much. You?"

He cocked his head at me, not quite believing me but letting it slide anyway. "Not much, hey that letter from WIB (Wizards in Black) should be coming soon... not too late to back out."

"Scorpius, if I back out the Wicked Witch (Aka Bellatrix) will keep going strong. Please just drop it, I'm not backing out."

"Okay, okay, I'll drop it. See you tomorrow? I need to go, Slytherin Quidditch try-outs."

I nodded, "See ya tomorrow Scorp."

***

That night, while Scorp was at try-outs, I made my way down the many stair cases and into the dungeons where I knew the Slytherin Common Rooms to be. It take me long to find the password to get in (Salazar). Luckily for me the common room was basically empty, just a few first year stragglers who were about to leave, and that stupid prat Nate laying on the awkward couch that faced the wall.

I waited in the back for the first years to clear out before I made my move. I got up behind and was hoping to surprise Nate then start yelling at him until I got the letter back (I know, good plan right?), but what I saw surprised and knocked the breath out me.

"Nate!" I yelled/whispered, when I saw him. My heart began to beat faster, "Nate, of all the dumb things to do..." He was holding the letter in front of him, and he looked as pale as salt.

"You...you..." He stuttered, not finding the right words. "You're suicidal! Insane, absolutely bonkers!"

"I told you not to read it Nate...you weren't supposed to get sucked into this..." I muttered, shaking my head. As much as I hated Nate, he didn't deserve to be dragged into such a dangerous plan. (In fact, neither did I, but I had no choice in the matter, despite Scorpius's objections."

"Bellatrix...but...if the rumors are true that is, she's the one that made you dissapear and tortured you! And now you're going to willingly work for her?!" His voice was steadily rising.

"Oi, lower your voice will you? Not for her..but well, with her I suppose. Listen you git, you can't tell anyone about this it could put everything at risk, you weren't even supposed to know and still aren't and I want you to forget everything you read on that parchment, okay? Forget it, forget me, forget Bellatrix," I told him in an urgent whisper as I snatched the parchment from him. "You had no involvment whats so ever, understand?" I really felt like, at that moment, that I had been dropped into a cheesy spy movie and I was Jamie Bond, next thing I knew I would be telling Nate to sign a document of secracy.

I expected him to nod, speachless, like someone from a James Bond would, but sadly this is Jamie Bond, and Nate is never speachless. He did the exact opposite, shaking his head and looking up at me, shifting his position so he could see me better. "Listen Bethany, I know I've been a jerk, and you and many of the other girls hate me for it. But if you think I'm just going sit here and pretend this never happened then you are dead wrong. I know what Bellatrix did to Professor Longbottoms parents, and, again assuming the rumors are true, what she did to you and countless other victoms in the past, I'd be the biggest jack'donkey' around." No he did not use the term donkey, just to clarify, he used the term rhyming with pass.

"Nate..." I said warningly, hoping to goodness he would not be as stuborn about this as Scorpius is about..everything.

"Bethany, I'm won't tell anyone anything about, I swear. But I am staying involved no matter what."

I sighed outwardly, inwardly I was sorta happy that he said that because I was really scared about what I was getting myself into and the more people I could trust, the more easily I could get myself back out again. I looked at Nate, the egotistical flirt happym prat, and realised that he really wanteed to help and that he was showing a different side of him, a side I doubted anyone had seen from him in a long while. "Okay," I nodded, then narrowed my eyes slightly, "But if you tell one single soul I will personally feed you to the giant squid." He gave a small smile and nodded. "Oh..and one more thing, Scorpius is in on this, but has no idea that you are involved...I would like to be the one to tell him, so please don't bring it with him."

He nodded again then asked, slightly puzzled, "So..how did you get in here?"

Smirking I responded with, "I have my ways..."

I took the letter to bed with me after that and read it.

Bethany,

As you know, you have agreed to go under cover as a follower of Bellatrix. In the month of December on the thirtyfirst day, you shall contact Bellatrix through owl, simply saying 'I agree to your proposition, things here changed, we will talk more later, thank you, BSS'. Once sent you shall await response. When the arrangments have been made, you shall report to us, using a certain own (that shall make it's appearence on the morn of January first), what she has planned, what she plans on using you for, her long term goal, names of her attended victims, and any information you find usefull.

As you know this is a hard position for most likely she shall try to use you as her spy at Hogwarts but taking you now and again to use on her missions. You must keep your cover intact while attempting to feed false information, and keep the victims safe without Bellatrix knowing. If ever you must be removed instantly from your job then send an owl, patronus, or any other form of contact. If we do not hear from you for two weeks will get you out. If getting you out means the sacrifice of another agent, a student, a muggle, or any othe innocent being, then you will not be rescued and shall be left to your own resources. We would prefer it if you did not let that boy, Scorpius, know of your danger as by doing so you will put him in danger as well.

Good luck and do well.

They didn't even sign it, how hard was it for someone to learn the name of one of those Wizards in Black. And how dumb were they, sending all that information by an owl who could easily be intercepted?

My response to them read only this,

Dear Wizards in Black,
Could you have been more un-invisible?!
Signed,
Jamie Bond (AKA the Invisible Girl)
P.S. How hard is it for you to sign your names?

I sent the response before I went to bed and I was exhausted.

Taking a deep breath I watched the owl fly off into the night. My fingers clutched tightly around the locket on my neck. I was anxious, nervous, and excited. I knew what Nate had meant when he said that he wouldn't still when he had oppertunity to help. I completly understood. Hear I was, a huge chance and a huge risk staring me in the face and I was going for it because I knew that it would help rid (hopefully for good this time around) of the Wicked Witch of the Bellatrix. The owl was now out of sight so I went to bed. When I awoke my hands were still holding onto the locket.
