Adanna's attention was caught be the other girl in the compartment, who had begun speaking to her. "It's nice meeting you, Jesifur!"
She took the girl's outstretched hand and gave it a small shake, assuming a handshake was what Jesifur had in mind.
"Oh, and yes, you did!"

"oh, what a beautiful cat. Is it yours Adanna?" Jesifur asked as the cat hopped up and curled on the books. "Awww, what's it's name?" She asked as she turn away from the boy who was still silent. Maybe he was taking it all in. I don't think he meant to walk into a compartment full of girls, or maybe he did. He had been very quiet thus far and though Jesifur wanted to make the introductions, he had still not told her his name. She sat up to the edge of the seat so she was closer to Adanna, reached across and gently stroked the cat's head.
