Jezabel peered through the compartment door window. Unlike the rest of the train, this one seemed mostly unoccupied. She put her blue-spotted black kitten around her shoulders, and carefully slid back the door. A girl sat near the window, staring at the scenery.
"Uh, hello." Jezabel felt her checks turn red. Although she had six siblings, she was really a bookish, loner type. She hadn't really socialised much before. "Do you mind if I sit here?"
