It had some old muggle legends in it, tied to Wizarding history. Aviva didn't know much about Muggles, but she was curious. She would never read a book solely about them of course, that would simply be a waste of her time, but when it was tied to history like this, she had no need to feel guilty. She was still learning, after all.

From his mom, "We'll write to you every day! We love you! I am so proud of my little wizard!" Aw, even though she was a muggle, she knew just what to say. Fro his father, "I know you're capable of great things. Maybe one day, seven years from now, We'll be working together in the Auror's office! Good luck, Carson!" Mathias walked slowly through the train corridor, dragging his wheeled trunk behind him with one hand and carrying his newly-bought owl in cage with the other. His apprehension mingled with excitement about starting a new school where he knew absolutely no one had not subsided in the least as he peered into compartment after compartment, looking for a place to sit. Each and every one seemed to be filled with students much older than him and the young blond was somewhat intimidated in sitting with older kids, so he kept walking, looking for either a compartment with kids his own age... or an empty one.

It wasn't long before the first year came upon a compartment that seemed to sit two students who looked about his age - a boy and a girl. He looked through the window for a moment to confirm that they were indeed close to his age before stepping through the door. "Do you mind if I sit here?" he asked the two already present, but he didn't really wait for an answer before sitting down on an empty spot on the bench. He wasn't about to leave and have to share a compartment with a bunch of 6th or 7th years - a little too scary.
