'Right, this is the Fat Lady, but she isn't really fat!' he said the last part in a loud whisper so the Portrait would hear him. 'Ooh! Hello, Dennis!' the Fat Lady gushed.
'Hello, ma'am!' Dennis smiled.
'Why do we need to meet a Portrait?' Ben asked moodily. She exchanged a look with Holly as if to say 'What's his problem?
'Because,' the Fat Lady explained, 'I let you into the Common Room!'
'Yes, now, the password is Bubotuber Pus!' Dennis told them as the Portrait opened to reveal a hole. 'Woah!' Lindsey gasped. She tried to climb in, but was a little bit short...
'Need a hand?' Dennis laughed.
'Um. Yes, please.' Lindset grinned. Dennis helped her through then proceeded to help the others. Lindsey stood up. 'Wow!' Lindsey gasped.
'C'mon,Lindsey, move your bum!' she heard Holly yell.
'Oops!' Lindsey giggled as she moved forwards. The First Years all grouped in the middle.
'Right, boys dorms!' Dennis motioned to the left. 'Girls dorms!' Dennis motioned to the right. 'Now, boys. Don't try and get into the girls dorm...' Dennis said mischieviously.
'Why?' a boy shouted.
'Who wants to demonstrate?' Dennis smiled evily.
'I will!' Ben shouted as he stepped forward.
'Right, climb up the stairs!' Ben ran up the stairs, but on the sixth step, a loud noise was sounded and the stairs changed into a slide! Ben yelled as he fell down at Dennis's feet. 'You evil little...' Ben muttered as he got up.
'Maybe so, but now you know what'll happen! Scientific research!' Dennis laughed.
'What's scientific?' Holly asked.
'Don't worry, just a Muggle subject finding... well. I bid you all; goodnight!' Dennis bowed. The First Years clapped and ran up to their alloted dorms, chattering loudly.
