Making an apparent sound of affirmation, he tapped a lower drawer three times with the same finger nail, muttering to himself under his breath as he did so. Grasping the handle, he slid out the file inside and stared at it in scrutiny and then at the woman across the counter...and then back again.
Giving a small cough, he extended a hand towards the woman. "Of course ma'am....however we do require an inspection and confirmation of your wand." They had protocols you see and guidelines and rules. Very important. Yes. Anastasia nearly tapped her foot with impatience as the oldest, slowest goblin known to mankind dug through the files. Merlin, it wasn't like she hadn't already given him all the information he need! If he was moving any slower, she swore he'd be going backward!
"Fine." The redhead sighed and handed over her wand. "Anything else you need?"
