"It's mature height is roughly ten feet, so it wouldn't be visible over the buildings, and the flowers emit a faint luminescence that would help beautify Diagon." Not to mention that the flowers themselves were just beautiful.
He caught the book when it reached him, and placed it on his desk, wasting no time flipping to the proper page. "Flowering Shimeren, it's not very common, but I believe I can get my hands on a few for this."
