So when he gets to Hogwarts he can struggle with the fact that he can do magic openly without getting picked on that sort of thing. And maybe its not so much that he is anti-magic its just that he's had to live his whole life hiding who he really is for fear of getting bullied that is ingrained in him that he's a freak because of that
Well you don't have to use like Spanish words, but you can like have him celebrating Mexican holidays like Dia da los muertoes. Which is one of my fav Mexican holidays btw

He can be in the kitchen asking the house elves to make him Mexican foods and things like that.
