"I for one wouldn't use obliviate as a first resort, especially seeing as it would likely be done in haste and that would create a whole mess of problems," Gavin said offering his opinion. It was his job at the moment and as an implanter of new memories, he wouldn't be interested in trying to recreate mistakenly lost ones. "Perhaps the confundus charm would be more beneficial."
