He didn't really have anything to entertain himself with, considering he didn't bring many muggle things to Hogwarts with him, since they wouldn't work there.
He raised his eyebrows. "Really?" He'd heard that it was uncomfortable. "What's it like?"
Ellie's eyebrows shot up?
"Ten hours?!" She exclaimed a little loudly?
"Just to get from Florida to London? That's... terrible." Ellie had no idea planes flew so slow. Or maybe witches and wizards were just too fast. Taking a portkey would probably take him ten to twenty seconds, and apparating would only take one.
"What do on a plane for ten hours? Just... sit there?
Remembering all her portkey experiences, she laughed a little.
"Well it definitely takes getting used to. But... it's like someone is behind you and grabbing your stomach and pulling you up... And then you're like, in a whirlwhind, spinning around so fast you can't really see anything around you." Yeah, that sounded about right. Although Dallin probably thought she was mental.
"And about ten seconds later, you're there. Landing is the tricky part though." She told him with a nod. Yep. Portkeys 101.
