Shrugging slightly she said, "The trip home is always the best, in my opinion." Meaning: Who could be upset about heading home? Or going on holiday. "What are you going to be doing with yourself over the break, Nika?"

Nika took her attention off the monkey and for the first time noticed the... Cat? Merlin a monkey and a cat that apparently don't get along well. They'd drive Nika insane, wait. Nika's probably the most insane you can get so....

The trip home is always the best? Nika slightly shrugged and nodded. Well that hadn't really answered the "How are you", but eh whatever. It's not like Nika really cared too much anyways. She only asked to try and be polite, but apparently that gets you no where.

"Funny, last term I thought the complete opposite, but I think this term I'm more than happy to go home." The more Nika thought about it the more it made sense. Lexi probably had some sort of drama going on to. Sure it took Nika this long to figure it out, but that's why she isn't a Ravenclaw. "I'm just staying home and keeping myself busy I guess." Hopefully befriending her sister again, but that's pretty much it. Besides she didn't have too many other friends around home to hang out with. And that's why she isn't a Hufflepuff either. "How about you, have you got any big plans?"
