All of that emotion glistened in his eyes as he looked at Presley.
"Thank You, Pres." He said, putting emphasis on the word 'You'.
Presley nodded.
"Sure. You deserve a good chance at what you want, same as the rest of us. All I did was help you develop a plan to get that chance." She smiled. Maybe this would help. Philip didn't seem like he had a very high self-image, and a poor self image (in anybody) broke Presley's heart. She wanted so badly for him to apply and become a teacher so he could see how important he really was. But she played it off like it was no big deal, like she'd known he would come around before they started this conversation. She crossed her fingers, and made a silent wish that Philip would achieve his dreams.

Now who else do I have to say goodbye to ''Anything interesting happen when I was gone?'' Luna asked sarcastcally she knew that nothing really interesting happened
Presley heard Luna before she saw her, but then she fliped around to speak with her.
"It dependsw on what you count as interesting. Do you know Philip?" Presley debated whether to tell Luna now about her discussion with the older student, then decided it could wait.
"Philip, this is one of my very best friends, Luna Kierens. Luna, Philip....LaCroix? Is that right?" Pres knew that she'd been told his last name, but for some reason, all of a sudden she couldn't remember it at all. Wildly inventing something that sounded vaugely along the lines of her memory, she hoped she'd gotten close enough for it to be considered a simple mistake, instead of her being a total airhead.
