It seemed unusual for Louisa to be down in the dumps. Everytime Ellie had talked to her, she was a cheerful and happy person. It was also unusual that she had just been behind them, and then walked away so suddenly. She looked back at Dallin. "I'm sure she did, she was just right behind us... And then stormed off." She said warily. It was... odd.

"Can we go there?" Dallin's voice had gone quiet, but he was still smiling. He'd never been to the ocean anywhere besides Florida, and Ellie made Ireland's sound great. Even though he loved sand... there was still the water and that was really the important thing. Plus, he'd love to go there with Ellie, if she was up for it.

He glanced down the table at the third year again as he listened to Ellie. "Weird," he muttered. He thought about waving to her, but would she see him with her nose in a book? What would make her leave like that, anyway? "Maybe she's sad about leaving." That didn't explain 'storming off' after she saw them but... it could be a reason for not wanting to talk? Dal had absolutely no idea.
