Harland cleared his throat again and ran his fingers through his hair, "Those that owe certain, ah, favors to certain people." ...Can you say awkward? AWKWARD. Gina blinked. Favors? People? She shook her head. "If you can assure, innocent people won't get hurt, I'll leave the favor retrieving to you Harland." Quote:

Since the shipper would have already shown it was delivered."
"Or even buying and trading for cheaper items, or even fake pieces instead of originals?" Did that make sense? He hoped so. "Like for instance for the department of mysteries..." Oops, he wasn't to speak of the items in that department, even though he was no longer an employee there. "Or even other departments that need specific items." "Yes, exactly." She nodded to Gavin. "Are there any other Departments rebelling Gina. Do we stand alone?" Esteban needed to know how much of fight they were going to be up against. The whole of the ministry, or what, the cultist had infiltrated just about every where. "Please have your contacts do that." She then looked at the door... no one was coming, but still... she was concerned. "As of now, I believe we stand alone. I think the department of magical sports, and even the Senior Undersecretary himself would probably join us. The head of law enforcement, along with myself was deducted nearly our whole salary. Bole may be amiable as well." Her face dropped, saddened by her next words, "I wouldn't count on the department of Transportation." Quote:

Katrina imagined Borr's face all red and purple with anger. It made her laugh on the inside. "Sly, Gavin." She said with a smirk. "Yes, paper backups, and we can always claim that all the wonderful oxygen that Lord Butterball has insisted we get, has gone to our brains and we couldn't perform our jobs correctly." She said.
"I am going to go speak to some department heads and see what they can do. See if they will stand with us. You all know your jobs. Do them. Do them so that Lard Ball doesn't get his items. Over tax things. Be sure you document everything." She said standing. "Dismissed."
