The sound of footsteps echoed down the corridor, announcing the arrival of another person. A few seconds later, Alexander came into view. Seeing that he had a visitor at his office door, he paused just before reaching the doorway. "Miss Ward," he greeted, giving the woman a sharp nod. "I trust you're doing well today?" He turned the knob to his office but stopped just as the door came ajar. He raised his eyebrows toward the Media Liaison. Now he'd been around the woman long enough to know that she, too, was a no-nonsense sort of woman; but he couldn't help but pick up on the fact that she seemed a little more annoyed then usual today. "Come inside, please," he said, then he opened the door wider. He held it open for her to walk inside.
