No, there had been too many things that had made her term more complicated and depressing to be considered better. "...well, I grew a lot more." Yes, that was a safe answer. "With each passing term, things seem to get more and more complicated - both in a good way and in a bad way." She paused for a moment. "I think I am more ready for the summer than I have been any other term though."
Kurumi then saw Simon enter the Great Hall and for the first time it REALLY hit her that this would be the last time she would be sitting down to a meal with him. Perhaps even be the last time she would see him at Hogwarts - unless he came back to teach or something. Her broom, thankfully, had been repaired and was not packed away with her other possessions. She wouldn't be flying too much over the summer, but she would try to get some practice in when she could or else face the wrath of Selina.
Noticing the sadness in Simon's eyes, Kurumi knew that discussing how much she was going to miss him probably wasn't the best thing to do. Spending the entire night in tears certainly wasn't how she would want to spend er evening.
"SIMON!" she called out waving her hands around in the air. Hearing his name being called, Simon reconized who it was even before he looked in the direction it was coming from and spotted Kurumi sitting at the table waving at him. He waved back abeit slower before resuming his walking and headed straight towards her. His face carried a smile not quite as bright as his usual, but he was striving to keep upbeat as much as he could. He wouldn't waste this night with himself being too upset...they needed one more happy moment to share together. "Hey..." he said sitting down and setting his small load on the table beside him. Simon hadn't noticed Madam Donovan at the staff table quite yet so he would need to wait.
