Rafe was taking a sip of butterbeer as she asked him as if he was doing anything exciting for the summer. He almost spewed it everywhere, but had the self control to hold it back, which made him choke. Rafe began to cough hysterically, but then gained his composure. He took in a deep breath. "Exciting is a bit of an understatement when it comes to my summers," he grinned. "I usually spend my time in Romania because my father has some secret task he wants me to perform. But, this time I have sort of a mission of my own. I've got to complete something I've started."

Rafe didn't feel like he really had to hide much from Elektra. After all he was revealing more and more stuff to his friends anyways. But, he was just sugarcoating everything he was saying for now and completely oblivious that a certain blonde might be overhearing.
