"Stop smirking Emily. This isn't a damn spectacle." He chanced his fellow trainee a disapproving glance. Sure, they had entered Hogwarts and threatened the school and no he had no love for people that did that. But this wasn't fun and games either.
In an effort to contain his agitation, he returned his attention back to the bonds of the woman he had brought in. This was his fifth check of them, but it was the only thing he had to preoccupy his mind. While he had yet to see it, he had heard Aurors could be hard people and when that concept was combined with 'interrogation', well, he didn't want to think too hard on the outcome.
Sabel's comment struck her by surprise.. did he just snap at her? What in the bloody burning of Merlins undies was his problem? She raised an eyebrow at him, then looked back at the perpetrators. Did he ... care about them?
Heh.
"Oh shut it," she replied coolly.
She seriously hoped he wasn't about to get all gooey and soft. The last thing she wanted to see was a man her age fawning over two criminals getting them tea and biscuits and talking about his feelings. And he seriously wanted to be an Auror?
