Caroline took a few minutes to come down. She blinked a few times " A nerve? No. I'm just a offended, that you think I'm that coldhearted. I still care about him." Not that that was any of her business how she felt about him. She smiled just a bit.

Obviously he's been talking to her then. So was the difference in her sitting and talking to Jai. She sat back down and put her head on the table. Hopefully the girl would just go away..... she would if she knew what was good for her.
