Hello! I finally finished your request.
I actually finished it yesterday, but there was a thunder storm all night and I was afraid to touch anything that had to do with electricity. 
But here it is.
I just had a problem with the word. I knew of Polyjuiced, and you kept saying Pollyjuiced, so I made two of each thing, just to be sure.
And I'm not super happy with the signature, because the picture of Emily didn't quite work with the others.
If you want me to try something again, please let me know.
