On second thought. That was probably exactly what she was doing.

"Err... yeah. Apollo. My owl." he said tilting his head slightly. "I know I haven't sent you a letter in awhile... but you can't have really forgotten an owl that once swooped through your bedroom window." Could she? He had memorized everyone's owls so that he knew exactly who had written him before he even opened his letter.

"You were in here to send an owl... right? Or... do you often come in here just to stare at the owls...?" he asked cautiously. Did he even want to know the answer to this question?
