Kurumi, having read the announcement on the Gryffindor board, had squeaked with delight. The announcement DID say that they should bring something to the lesson to share with others and that really only meant one thing: cookies.
Despite feeling like she was walking around in someone else's body for a good portion of the past month, Kurumi had begun feeling more like herself over the past few days and nothing was a stronger signal to her of this than her desire to bake returning.
Kurumi walked into the classroom and expected to see Shaw standing in the front of the room with his chainsaw in hand ready to carve some caveman like drawing of an animal into the board. Instead, she saw a nervous looking woman that she had never seen before pacing the front of the room. Was she...Shaw's sister? What was she going to make suddenly appear? A flame thrower?
Timidly with the box containing
individually wrapped cookies in her hands and her bag hanging off her right shoulder, the third year approached the woman and offered her a small but polite bow.
"
H-Hello," she squeaked offering the box of cookies. Unfortunately, it seemed like the woman had already brought cookies with her as well. "
I-I-I'm Kurumi Hollingberry. Gryffindor third year and these," she said extending her arms and therefore the box. "
...these are for everyone to share. As was stated on the announcement board."
