She looked Rafe over carefully. Her brain knew this was a bad idea. There was too much history between them for it to simply be lunch. Her heart, however, was focusing on how utterly attractive he looked...
Feeling stupid for ogling him, Marilyn sat on the blanket...it not escaping her notice that he'd been writing something when she'd walked up. "So..."
"I might not be the first, but I'm sure I'm the sexiest," Rafe smiled. He put everything away in his satchel and started to take out the food from the picnic basket.
"Sushi for milady," he said as he laid out a variety of different rolled sushi. He then added a little bowl beside it.
"Um... the bowl is for the Oy! sauce, or whatever the bloody 'ell it's called." He definitely wasn't familiar with Asian cuisine. And it wasn't a particular favorite. He didn't really consider fish as meat. But, he knew it was Marilyn's favorite, so he wasn't about to complain.
He then continued to pull out sandwiches that were piled high with meat.
"Looks like the elves still haven't lost their touch," he smiled. He then grabbed the butterbeers and opened one up for each of them. He held up his bottle to make a toast,
"Some people come into our lives, leave footprints on our hearts, and we are never the same... to Friendship and may it be everlasting," he said with a smirk.
