Wow, Jonathan became more amused by her not-so convincing reason. "Yeah, because magical old water is all the rage nowadays" he smirked at the Ravenclaw who was still in the water. Well Jonathan wanted to help but then again, Jonathan doesn't like helping rude people. In fact Jonathan doesn't like helping a lot except to Slytherins maybe. Yes, he's nice to SOME people but he's usually nicer to Slytherins.

Jonathan chuckled this time as she commented about him and snakes "Is that a new witty banter?" he looked at her "I hear better insults from first years." he stood up and kept looking at the Ravenclaw. "You could learn a thing or two from them" well, if she was going to make more smirky remarks then Jonathan would be glad enough to leave. Jonathan likes teasing but he's not a big fan of arguing with other people especially to a girl.

So he'll pass.
