Jumping nearly a foot as she hadn't even heard anyone walk out into the courtyard. Not to mention it being dark and all. Righting herself before she fell off the bench, she looked up seeing Ivan standing there. She owed him an explanation? How in Merlin's name had that worked?

"Why don't you go ahead and ask Lexi about it?" she asked timidly. Yes, timidly, she didn't want to get all into an arguement anymore. "I had nothing to do with any trying to break you and I up, but she certainly appears to be doing a nice job using love potions."
