He popped another question within seconds though, so she wasn't silent for too long. "Sort of, I guess," she replied, shrugging. "Do you think we'll have to cast spells nonverbally for the OWLs?" If they did, then she definitely was studying; if not, then she definitely wasn't.

Manliness? Pfft. "You're manly?" she asked a bit incredulously, trying to prevent a smirk from reaching her face.
