Spike looked at what their mother was holding out to him, a look of pure disgust.
“I’ve got to wear those?” he questioned, swallowing slowly. Indiana giggled at his horrified face as he trudged to put them on. She skipped lightly around the room, twirling in her pretty pink dress. She loved her outfit, and the magically extended blonde curls and ribbon that cascaded down her back. The posy was a cute touch too.
The sound of shuffling announced his reappearance. “But you look so pretty!” she exclaimed.
Spike scowled. “I look hideous.”
