Really? He wanted her to eat a full meal? But she never eats a full meal. Why would she start now... especially when she wanted to lose weight. Looking at the fork he was holding up to her she made a face.
"I'm not eating those eggs. Not with all that cheese on them." There were like a million calories in that one bite there.
Looking up at him it wasn't hard for her to see the sadness in his face. A sadness she didn't like seeing. She didn't want him to be sad, she just didn't want to get any fatter than she already was.
Taking the fork from him she put it down on the plate in front of her. She then pushed that plate away and grabbed a clean one. If her eating something would make him happy again then she would eat a little bit, but NOT a full meal.
Looking around to see what was on the table she spotted some boiled eggs and dry toast. That's what she was going to have. Putting one egg and one puece of toast on her plate she looked over at him.
"Will this do?" Well that and a small glass of orange juice.
