I have such respect and admiration for her. I can't fathom what she felt when she spoke of seeing all of the people at Leavesden Studios and thinking that they all had jobs because of an idea she had while on a train. If I can take away anything from that it is to understand that what we do matters. In some way, we impact others by the decisions we make.
