Once the rocket has looped around the whole department it shoots to the middle of the room and explodes into tons of streamers shooting everywhere. These streamers also disappear before touching anything. Then fireworks shoot out with the following message:
The message shoots across the ceiling a few times and then just as unexpectedly as the rocket had arrived everything was gone and it was back to work as usual. Gavin nods his head once in understanding before shruging slightly as she returned the question. "I'm..." He said opening his mouth to say something when he was cut off the sudden appearance of a rocket and the insuing confetti and streamers that developed out of it.
What in Merlin's beard?
The reminiscator didn't have to wonder long for the fireworks made it pretty clear to the whole department and the man now the focus of said attention what all the hubbub was about. Gavin almost wanting to pretend it was someone else entirely and then he remembered Emmy's original question as the spectacle settled down.
"I'm...apparently to be the new liaison," he finally finished, leaning back in his chair as his hand rubbed the back of his neck to show a touch of bashfulness.
