Louisa took a thoughtful moment when he recited the other thing about Patronus. "You know..." She started in her something-fishy-here tone, ".. that's a bit too much information for someone who doesn't have attention span. Or whatever." Louisa eyed him, "What's going on?"

Aaaaaand him passing the next spell proved her suspicions. She didn't elaborate on this one either, partly because it was boring ~~even to her~~ and partly because her attention and curiosity factor were on the Patronus issue. She was smart enough to sense it!
