Neptune was used to being stared at, particularly when fans or whatnot recognized her. Granted, it had been a while since she'd been subjected to such, being at Hogwarts for years now.

"Oh this," Neptune grinned and obliged the fellow 'Claw by standing up and giving a little turn. "This is from my sister; she designed it herself. A birthday present to me," andddd *POSE*. "It is quite nice, I'll pass on your compliments to her." Neptune giggled as she sat back down like the Queen at Court.
