The voice in Snape's head
‘Only you can hear me!’
Snape snapped his head up. The rest of his first year class had their heads down, making notes. He stared at them.
‘No one else knows I’m here!’
None of his class had moved their lips.
‘I’m going insane.’ He muttered.
‘It’s me Severus! It’s Rose!’
‘No, Rose!’ he whispered.
‘You didn’t try save me! I died because of you! You didn’t stop Bellatrix! You promised me!’
‘No! No! Get out my head! I tried, I did! Leave me alone!’
‘I can’t! I’m trapped, a helpless ghost forever more! I can never leave your mind!’
It was at this point; Snape cracked and ran out the room.
‘Where’s he going?’ asked a first year.
The rest of the class looked confused.
Scarlett Riddle and the Twins laughed from outside the door, having just lifted the Muffliato charm off the first years.
‘I think Snape is suffering from, ah, Scarlett Fever.’ Fred said with a huge grin on his freckled face.
‘Well, I’ve always been told I sound exactly like my mother. I just never thought it would come in handy.’ She said.
The trio then proceeded to follow Snape everywhere, taunting him for the year
