Truth was, Gwen didn’t like spiders either, but this was too much.
Turning back to the spider, she pointed her wand at it: ‘Wingardium Leviosa’. Perhaps this wasn’t such a helpful spell, but it was one that Gwen could do without problems. Then, after making a short break she asked the girl: ’Where shall I put it?’ It would be cruel to just kill it.
Not even waiting for her answer, Gwen directed it towards the window, as far as possible from the freaked out Gryffindor (that seemed of about her age). She noticed a small opening in the window glass, so she tried moving the spider through it. Finally succeeding, she placed the spider on a leaf of the tree that came close to the window.
Again, turning back to the girl, she asked for the second time :’Are you all right?’. Did I already say that?, she finally realized..
Ronnie watched from behind the chair as a girl lifted the spider with her wand and out the window. After finally finding her voice, she said "Th-thank you...I'm terribly sorry. I may s-seem like a wimp..." Ronnie said, half laughing, still a little shaky. She shakily stood up and wiped some dust of her robes. "I just have a big fear...lf spiders.." she shuddered as she said the word 'spider'. "I don't know what it is, they just freak me out. I'm Ronnie, by the way. Ronnie Weasley." she said with a smile, holding her hand out.
