| Mostly for Katherine/Kurumi (even though it seems IC she's answered her own question) Shoe!Girl │ Rebel Ravie │ Confundus Queen │ RP Addict The few surprised reactions to her letting them go without another discussion amused Renée quite a bit, even as she still felt the discussion wasn't really needed. Besides, her office was always open if people truly had questions. She smiled at those who had said goodbye to her before heading off to other clesses or things, giving a bit brighter of a smile to Nika as the little Gryffindor had thanked her yet again. "You're welcome Nika," she replied, before going back to her silent goodbyes to the others. There really wasn't much need to physically return the words, as long as they actually meant them. Smiles could say a lot, and not just to her that had more insight into the thoughts behind them.
Starting to gather her things together, the bouquets and her rose mostly, she turned a bit of a curious expression toward Kurumi as the Gryffindor addressed her. At least it had seemed Selina had gotten through this lesson alright, so the girl must have another question or concern. Which was quickly revealed, and she gave Kurumi a gentle smile. "Well, I can't say the flowers would withstand too much owling," without a certain number of charms she had a strong feeling another one of the girl's professors knew quite well, "so someone in the castle would be preferable. However, you're welcome to take a few more to send to whomever you like, outside of the assignment," she replied. Flowers didn't always mean romantic things, just as giving them didn't have to. Not the way she intended the assignment, at least.
