Eagle Eye [⅓ Badger Trio] Felon & Kafka ♥ Gilderoy Lockhart <3 [TEAM 947!]
He had NOT been expecting this. And he wasn't too happy about it either, because it meant that Ellie had been right, for the hundredth time.
Treyen wasn't going to lie, he was exhausted. Exhausted because he actually had to lead Ellie away from the snitch a couple times, instead of making her hit the Stands thanks to him. He couldn't. If the last game had been a stressful one, then he didn't know what to call this one, because he'd been beyond stressed. Ellie seemed to be enjoying herself, though. Except...he didn't know how she was now.
The boy held an expression of shock, amazement, confusion...and...there was a little smirk somewhere in there as well, before he started to frown. He was all covered in mud. HIS HAIR, HIS PRECIOUS HAIR, all covered in mud. That was one thing he didn't like about Quidditch. Not that he had to play against the girl he liked, but also his hair was now all covered in dirt from Vindictus' Pitch.
Needless to say, he wasn't pleased with that.
Not with one thing he didn't notice until Vindictus announced it. Hufflepuff won. That meant...that Ellie had lost. Well, Ravenclaw. And his face just held a blank expression. He couldn't possibly look her way, even if she was right there. However, he looked towards the Ravenclaw boy that had spoken, and he nodded, "Same to you," they were amazing, really, and he couldn't still believe they'd won. They could face Ravenclaw again, you know?
But...where was his snitch? Ah. The only thing that wasn't covered in mud because it had decided to stay inside his sleeve after he'd caught it. His eyes were on the golden ball as he took it in his hand. "Guess I was wrong." He was hoping Ellie wasn't mad at him for getting the snitch, he still wasn't looking her way because of that.
